The Institute for Interventional Informatics (I3) was
established in 1994 to draw attention to the potential of human interface
technologies and the pro-social applications that can be derived from
their responsible integration.
I3 technology takes into account that its audience includes
people with a range of diverse cultural backgrounds and cognitive and
physical abilities.
I3 aims to make technology smarter, more intuitive and
easily available to every user.
As an example of this open policy, NeatTools, the pivotal
software to empower individuals with disabilities, is made available
freely to interested parties.
The Institute for Interventional Informatics is a 501(c)3
organization.
